Our Motto

"Enjoy the scene, keep it clean" appeared as the slogan in the club's first newsletter in 1981, followed by "Living the Dream" and "Tread Lightly".

"Living the Adventure" was adopted in 2014 and represents the clubs commitment to providing family friendly, entertaining and educational 4WD experiences.

40 Years Young

The club held its first trip on 5 February 1978.  Lead by Club President Gil Mathew, eight vehicles, eight children and 14 adults departed Wagga Wagga for Tumbarumba. Over 40 years later Tumbarumba is still a favourite local destination for our club members.

In 2018 we celebrated our 40th anniversary with a special edition of our club newsletter TrackChat detailing the full history of the club.

Our Logo

Originally thought to have been photocopied from a newspaper advertisement, the "Road Track Major" tyre tread was used on the club's first logo and has remained a feature throughout the years.

Our current logo was adopted in 2016 and proudly features the Road Track Major tyre tread.
